Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and execute projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to client's satisfaction
• Create detailed project plans and delegate tasks effectively to the project team
• Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks and develop solutions to mitigate them
• Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Communicate project updates, timelines, and deliverables to all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide status reports to keep everyone informed and aligned
• Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness
• Follow quality standards and procedures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project management within the company

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the construction sector
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in project management tools and methodologies
• Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and quality management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• PMP certification is a plus

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Royz Group in the Construction industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through prospecting, developing and closing deals with potential clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the construction industry and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify sales opportunities and follow up on leads
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
